Alcoholics Anonymous
The Praying Hands Group meets every Tuesday and holds an open meeting the first Tuesday of every month at Rockwood. If you need to speak with someone about Alcoholism, you may call 519-836-1522, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
East Wellington Community Services
EWCS FoodBank, New 2 You Store and Transportation services are located on Dennis St., Rockwood. Our congregations collect food and donations regularly for EWCS. When their freezers or shelves are getting empty, Rockwood Outreach purchases needed items. At Christmas, we purchase gift cards for clients and help with the food for the Christmas hampers.
Rural Womens Support Program
At Christmas, we purchase gift cards for women in Rockwood receiving counselling through the RWSP and their children. We also donate money to RWSP's parent organization, Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis.
